Prescriptions are filled at our state-of-the-art distribution center in Huntington Beach, California. Our 55,000
square-foot facility center can fill thousands of orders daily while providing the best pharmacy care available.
Timely, Worry-Free Medication Refills
A-Med Specialty Pharmacy makes treatment adherence calls throughout your therapy to make sure your medications are working as they should,
and to confirm your need for medication refills.
- Our Clinical Care Team will call you 1 week prior to your refill due date to confirm that you are still taking the medication and that the directions are current.
- You may call in directly to the A-Med Specialty Pharmacy for any therapy related concerns or any changes you may have had to your regimens.
- Our Clinical Care Team will ensure that your adherence to your medication regimens is optimized and make adherence interventions when needed.

Customized Shipping and Delivery - Fast, Discrete, Convenient and Safe Delivery
All our medications are shipped or delivered discretely in appropriate, safe containers and in compliance with HIPAA standards,
minimizing the risks of improperly handled temperature-liable medications. With delivery through an A-Med driver, or via OnTrac,
UPS, or courier service, we strive to offer express medication arrival. Deliveries from A-Med's facility are delivered face to
face to help us develop our relationship with you.
- Medications may be delivered discretely to your home, doctor’s office, or to any location you choose.
- We will package your medications for ease of use and handling, ensuring that it is preserved until you are ready to use it.
- Shipments include all necessary supplies such as syringes, adhesive bandages, sharps containers and alcohol swaps.
- Each package sent to you will be tracked.
