Once we receive your completed enrollment package, you can expect to receive medications within 24 hours.

1. Our Clinical Care Team will complete a new enrollment form with you over the telephone.
2. Our Pharmacists will obtain all of the information required to process your prescriptions accurately.

Confidentiality
We understand your need for discretion, confidentiality and reliable services. The utmost care will be taken to make sure your privacy is respected by our pharmacy staff at all times.

2. A-Med’s name or logo is not visible on any of our delivery vehicles, delivery staff, shipping labels or packages.

Insurance Billing
As part of our comprehensive approach to customer service, A-Med Specialty Pharmacy has a team of specialists who are trained in securing coverage for complex drug management therapies. A-Med has the capability to bill insurance providers electronically and accepts most insurance providers, Medicare and Medicaid. A-Med Specialty Pharmacy helps you get the most out of your coverage while attempting to avoiding or lessening your out-of-pocket expenses by offering an analysis of your benefits.

Timely, Worry-Free Medication Refills
A-Med Specialty Pharmacy makes treatment adherence calls throughout your therapy to make sure your medications are working as they should, and to confirm your need for medication refills.

1. Our Clinical Care Team will call you 1 week prior to your refill due date to confirm that you are still taking the medication and that the directions are current.
2. You may call in directly to the A-Med Specialty Pharmacy for any therapy related concerns or any changes you may have had to your regimens.
3. Our Clinical Care Team will ensure that your adherence to your medication regimens is optimized and make adherence interventions when needed.
